Custom PERSONALIZED Kids Medical Alert Wristband Safety ID Bracelet

Our kids Medical Alert Wristbands are perfect for all kiddos and come in sizes that can fit babies 6 months and up. The perfect non-silicone alternative! 

The outside of the bracelet has a fun design of your choice, and the inside of the wristband comes customized with your child's name, medical need/instructions and your contact information to ensure their safety at all times. If your child is ever lost or in an accident, your emergency contact information and your child's specific medical information is immediately available for first responders, teachers or medical personnel saving precious time. 

Each wristband measures 3/4" in width and is custom sized to fit your child's wrist perfectly. I always encourage parents to please measure your child's wrist so ensure the best possible fit, as children's wrist sizes can vary as they grow. *For babies under 12 months, some parents prefer to use the ankle instead of the wrist. 

You will receive a proof via email to review and approve prior to printing. Please make sure to include your preferred email address to receive the proof to ensure there are no delays on your order. 

All of our wristbands are made by hand from recycled materials, and are soft and stretchy.
